Green T-shirt sales picking up

“Every day this week we’ve had people coming in to order green shirts,” said te shurt owner Michele Fasset. She said that although orders for Unofficial St. Patrick’s day T-shirts were lower than sales levels for the holiday last year, she was optimistic that they would pick up.

Fasset said that she assumes many students are waiting until they see the “March” on the calendar page to make an order for St Patrick’s festivities.

The store manager at Underground Printing, Courtney McDougall, said her Unofficial T-shirt sales already exceeded those of 2008, but this is only the second year the store has been in operation
